Our talented chef, trained at the renowned CIIA ( Culinary Institute for Interplanetary Aliens), and the highly regarded REACTE (Replicating Extraterrestrial Alien Cuisine by Trial and Error), incorporates high quality ingredients from all four quadrants into dishes from those same four quadrants. Whenever possible, we use organic, sustainably produced products.

While our menu changes frequently, there will generally be selections from the homeworlds of the Andorian, Bajoran, Cardassian, Ferengi, Human, Klingon, and Vulcan races. If you have never sampled the foods from these exotic locales you owe it to yourself to pay us a visit!

As you can see, we cater to all dietary preferences, and you will find something here whether you are an insectivore, carnivore, omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, celiac, Lyaaran, Jem'Hadar or android.

Quark’s Qantina specializes in rare and hard-to-find ingredients some of which require considerable "creativity" on our part to procure. Our menu changes frequently based on what we are able to acquire so, please, do not be surprised if your favorite dish is not available due to our supply ship being intercepted by interstellar pirates and/or disappearing into a black hole.

While we make every effort to insure that our delectable creations are contaminant-free and safe to consume we cannot be responsible for interspecies allergies and intolerances. Know your species’ limits!

It took us quite a long time to devise a menu that would appeal to our diverse and sophisticated clientele but we believe we have succeeded and we are sure you will enjoy dining with us.
